Your information

What this site collects,
and what it does not.

Booking an appointment means handing over details about your child. This page says exactly what happens to them, in plain terms rather than legal ones.

Booking an appointment records the parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, the child's name and date of birth, the service requested, and the appointment time. Every one of those is used to hold the slot and to confirm it back to you.

The clinic also records which website a booking came through, so that a booking can be traced if a family says one was never confirmed.

Confirmations are sent by email and by WhatsApp or SMS. Delivering them means passing your email address or phone number to the services that carry those messages, and nothing beyond what the message needs.

Appointment details are stored in the clinic's own database and are visible to clinic staff through the practice system. They are not sold, not shared for advertising, and not passed to anyone outside the clinic's care for your child.

This site carries no advertising trackers and no analytics. It sets no cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is whether you chose the light or dark theme, which never leaves your device.

To see what the clinic holds about your family, correct it, or have it deleted, call the clinic and ask. There is no form for it — a phone call reaches the people who can actually do it.
